The EurocanPlatform project is organising the 2nd Translational Cancer Research Course, a 5-day programme of lectures and discussions which will cover all aspects of the translational research continuum, from early detection through treatment to survivorship.
Topics: The cancer continuum, tumor biology, cell cycle and cancer, cell death, cancer stem cells, tumour microenvironment, inflammation, cancer epigenomics, animal models of cancer, 'omics technologies, systems biology, targeted therapies, biomarkers, biobanking, clinical trials, bioinformatics, infrastructures for translational research, molecular pathology, medical oncology, radiation therapy, imaging, molecular prevention, clinical epidemiology, paediatric oncology, immunotherapy, personalized cancer medicine, outcomes research, health economy.
A final day workshop will focus specifically on Personalised Medicine. The course will provide you with the opportunity to interact with an expert International faculty of speakers, and network with your fellow participants.
