Tackling IPR issues from the very beginning: “p-medicine” – a successful FP7 project example

Many research projects with excellent scientific expertises face the problem of IPR related issues during the course of the project’s lifetime as well as of a poor exploitation of the project results in the end. In order to avoid such difficulties project consortia should tackle the question of how to properly deal with IPR and future research results as early as possible. The FP7 project “p-medicine” has done so right from the beginning proving to be – a successful example.
